Cancel all your plans - there's going to be THREE NBA Game 7s on Saturday night

Don’t dare leave your couch.

NBA FANS ON this side of the water are in for a treat on Saturday night.

For the first time in playoff history there will be not one, not two, but THREE Game 7s on the same day.

That’s all thanks to the Golden State Warriors who held out for a 100-99 win last night to force their series with the LA Clippers to a winner-takes-all decider.

Earlier the Indiana Pacers beat the Atlanta Hawks 95-88 and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Memphis Grizzlies 104-84, leaving both series poised at 3-3 as well.

Now that you’ve cancelled all prior plans, here’s your new lineup for Saturday night / Sunday morning:

  • Atlanta @ Indiana (10.30pm Irish time)
  • Memphis @ Oklahoma City (1am Irish time)
  • Golden State @ LA Clippers (3.30am Irish time)

And sure if you’re staying up that late, you may as well watch the Mayweather fight while you’re at it.

God bless you, bank holiday weekend.

Ehh the Pacers have lost two games at home already, the Clippers have been rocked by the Donald Sterling circus and the inside game of the Grizzlies has given OKC so much trouble, so no game is even nearly a sure thing! OKC will probably go through, Indiana ya just don’t know and Golden State are almost as good as Clippers!

The Clippers are clearly better than a Bogut-less Warriors.
If it weren’t for the Sterling circus they would have won 4-1

I agree, think Clippers are a better team overall, but with Paul having that niggling hamstring injury they haven’t looked as good as they had earlier in the year! Fancy Clippers to win the series, but Curry and Thompson have limitless range and people forget Iguodala and Lee were both All-Stars not too long ago!

Yeah pity about Paul’s hammy’s as he’s the best in the league.
Thing about the Warriors is they don’t have a plan b with no Bogut. They are very reliant on jump shooting.
This has to be the best first round of the playoffs in a long time.
