VIDEO: Simon Cox's latest goal has a touch of Bergkamp about it

The Ireland striker has already scored some cracking goals in his short Nottingham Forest career.

A FORTNIGHT AFTER scoring this stunner from 30 yards for his new club, Ireland striker Simon Cox helped Nottingham Forest rescue an unlikely draw  against Birmingham yesterday.

And, although very different, the finish was another peach. The 25-year-old, who suffered a foot injury while on international duty last week and started on the bench at the City Ground, controlled Lewis McGugan’s ball into the box with a superb first touch before lobbing it over the head of Jack Butland.

Dennis Bergkamp would be proud.
