‘SIR’ CHARLES BARKLEY loves nothing better than a good debate.
The former 76ers and Phonenix Suns player has sided with Miami Heat star LeBron James in and NBA Open Court debate over who is the greatest basketball forward of all time.
Barkley chose James over Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan, who was most recently seen cheering on the United States Ryder Cup team in Chicago, Illinois.
The 1993 MVP, now making a tidy sum as a commentator on the game, chose James over Jordan for his power and for, in his opinion, his superior defensive play.
“He’s just bigger, stronger, faster,” declared Barkley.
However, he was not having it all his own way and the ‘six NBA titles’ argument surfaced.

James won his first NBA Championship with the Heat in June of this year. When he signed with Miami in 2010 he predicted that he would win ‘multiple NBA championships’.
Jordan won six championships with the Chicago Bulls in his glittering NBA career.
