Algerian player apologies to fans after missing an open goal

Hold your head in shame, Ali Sami Yachir.

MISSING AN OPEN goal is one of the worst sins you can commit on a football pitch.

So when Ali Sami Yachir of Algerian side MC Alger put the ball wide after finding himself lucky enough to gain possession thanks to a slip by the opposing goalkeeper, all he could do was hold his hand up and apologise to the fans.
