ROYAL PORTRUSH is centrestage this week as the Irish Open tees off at the Co Antrim venue on Thursday.

But before icons like Rory McIlroy, Darren Clarke and Pádraig Harrington fill the spotlight, one Hollywood star took to the course today.

Caddyshack actor Bill Murray will take part in the pro-am this week along with the likes of Martin O’Neill, Aidan Quinn and Ronan Keating. And it seems, he and his brother Joel – who plays Freddy Rumsen in Mad Men — got in some extra practice today.
