RUSSIA AND QATAR were the surprise winners in Zurich earlier as FIFA delegates chose the respective hosts of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
England’s media are taking the blame for the FA’s exit from the process after the first round of voting, while Russia’s lack of infrastructure and Qatar’s being well… Qatar have provoked an avalanche of opinion.
