I think its fake based on that there is no letter head; no full title and it looks like a basic bic pen was used.

You just ask arsenal for letters like these most of the clubs do them. A lot of people get them for their bride or groom for their wedding day and the best man/maid of honour reads them as part of their speech or they get read with the telegrams.

You would assume that the letter would have a header or some sort of seal. Kudos to whoever thought of this prank.
