Twitter reacts to Ireland’s Rugby World Cup squad announcement

DECLAN KIDNEY’S 30-man World Cup squad announcement raised a few eyebrows among fans and critics alike.

Announced at 1pm at a press conference today, it contained a couple of surprises, most notably the decisions to exclude Tomas O’Leary and Luke Fitzgerald.

  • People wonder why fitz and tol were left out ? Maybe they did not see the matches I seen, both have not played well for a while, buckley would not have been my choice but he covers th and lh so maybe thats why.
