1. #TOUR Over night, Declan Kidney named his side to face the All Blacks in New Zealand on Saturday morning.

Starting with the backline, Simon Zebo and Fergus McFadden will line-up on the left and right wings respectively. Keith Earls will feature at inside centre beside captain Brian O’Driscoll and Rob Kearney starts at full-back. Check out Patrick McCarry’s report from Down Under here.

2. #EURO2012 We’re almost there. The tournament will kick off tomorrow evening in Poland. Irish goalkeeping coach Alan Kelly yesterday insisted that our No 1 Shay Given will be ready to play again Croatia on Sunday. The big news is that Ireland fans can get mass in English before the Spain game, however.

3. #GAA Tipperary finished with flourish last night to win Bord Gáis Energy Munster U-21HC semi-final in Páirc Uí Chaoimh, on a scoreline of 0-18 Cork 0-17. In Leinster, Laois shocked Dublin and will now face Carlow in the provincial semi-final while Wexford also progressed.

5. #SNOOKER Ronnie O’Sullivan last night confirmed that he would not be signing a contract with world snooker chiefs and will take a break for up to six months.
