DON’T YOU JUST hate when you’re preparing to depart for a big European Cup rugby game and you realise your dog has eaten your passport?

Jason Tovey does.

The Welsh rugby star will be forced to watch his Cardiff Blues team-mates take on French team-mate Toulon this weekend because his Labrador puppy, Buster, destroyed his passport.

“It’s a bit like the old schoolboy excuse that the dog ate my homework,” the 23-year-old said. He’s also told his Twitter followers that the dog is now for sale.
