Title: Ray Lewis: A Football Life (2012)

The plot: Depending on your point of view, Ray Lewis is either the greatest linebacker currently playing the game or a loud mouth rent-a-quote who has done terrible, unspeakable, things to your quarterback.

Why it’s great: You really get a sense of how much Lewis understands the role of his football career in the grand scheme of things. His place in this world is, therefore, to use his footballing ability to make a positive difference in real people’s lives.

What the critics said: “This is pure Ray Lewis at its best, and NFL Films has beautifully synopsized the essence of a man who seems destined to be remembered for much more than arguably being the greatest linebacker in league history.” – USA Today.
