Snapshot: Rugby heroines return home with trophy

Mammies, babies and even an IRFU president were photo-bombing at the airport today.

IRELAND’S GRAM SLAM-WINNING women’s rugby touched down at Dublin Airport today and were greeted with a hero’s welcome.

Yesterday, the side coached by Philip Doyle lifted their first ever Six Nations crown after completing the tournament clean sweep with a 6-3 win over Italy in Milan.
