Is Ireland’s Shane Long on his way to Lazio or Sevilla?

The striker is set to enter the final 12 months of his contract at the end of the season.

WITH IRELAND INTERNATIONAL Shane Long set to enter the final 12 months of his contract at the end of the season, speculation is rife regarding his future.

According to the Daily Mirror, both Lazio and Sevilla are targeting a move for the player in the summer.

It is believed that West Brom are keen to offer the 26-year-old a new four-year deal with the club, though the Irishman may be tempted by the prospect of moving to a bigger side.

Long has scored 16 goals in 58 appearances during an injury disrupted time at West Brom, and has also attracted interest from Tottenham, Newcastle and Liverpool in recent months.
