Her latest offering is no ‘Waka Waka’ but it was never going to be, was it?

YOU ALL REMEMBER the Shakira’s timeless World Cup anthem ‘Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)’ from four years ago, right?

Well the Colombian pop star, whose boyfriend is Spain and Barcelona defender Gerard Pique, has written ‘La La La’ ahead of this summer’s finals in Brazil — despite the fact that Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez have already been chosen to do the official song.

It was never going to reach the lofty heights of South Africa but fair dues to here for trying. Here’s a trailer for the video:
