IT MAY BE over a year until the 2015 Rugby World Cup kicks-off, but with the 2014/15 season getting underway, the international tournament comes very much into sight.
Players, coaches, supporters and administrative staff will carry out their duties in the upcoming campaign with the World Cup in the back of their minds, and the IRB have taken the chance to ratchet the anticipation levels up another notch.
Their promotional video includes George North, Martin Johnson, Adam Jones, Dylan Hartley, Joe Launchbury, Will Greenwood, Ian McGeechan and Paul Wallace, among many other recognisable faces.
The clip’s star, however, is English actor Charles Dance, who plays Tywin Lannister in the Game of Thrones TV series.
