I like Rosenstock even on the tv but I have to agree with you in saying, I watched his show last week & it was a big disappointment. Im not sure his own show will do him any favours.
I admire impressionists for their ability to copy a voice, but they are very hit and miss when it comes to writing good comedy. Rory Bremner is probably the exception.
