UNLESS YOU’VE BEEN obstinately refusing to pay heed to all forms of media for the past few weeks, you’ll know that Dublin take on Mayo in the All-Ireland football final at Croke Park today.

Both sides have impressed this year, with Dublin’s speed and Mayo’s physicality in midfield likely to be pivotal factors.

In addition, much will depend on Cillian O’Connor’s fitness, with the player having been rushed back in time after suffering a dislocated shoulder in his side’s semi-final defeat of Tyrone.
