Poll: Who should start for Ireland against Australia?

There has been much debate over who deserves to play scrum-half and out-half for Ireland’s upcoming match. Which player combination would you prefer?

O'Gara is the favourite to start on Saturday after Sexton's shaky performance against the US.

CONOR MURRAY AND Jonny Sexton both gave displays that were widely regarded as unconvincing against USA on Sunday.

As a result, many have called for Eoin Reddan and in particular, Ronan O’Gara, to start against the Aussies on Saturday, including ex-Ireland international Rob Henderson.

While O’Gara is the form player, Sexton has proven he is a man for the big occasion before.

Meanwhile, Murray’s performance on Sunday raised question marks over whether he is yet ready to be thrown into the deep end, especially when a player as experienced as Reddan is available.

However, few would argue that Murray was Ireland’s only below-par performer against the Americans, so does he deserve a second chance?

Taking all this into consideration, which combination do you think Declan Kidney should pick?
