Ouch! Team-mates' prank revenge could cost Balotelli £150k

The Man City striker returned from the team’s US tour to find that something fishy had happened to his Maserati.

MARIO BALOTELLI COULD be in the market for a new set of wheels after his Man City team-mates got some pretty expensive revenge on the prankster, the Sun reports.

The 20-year-old striker returned from the club’s pre-season tour of North America to find a sportsbag packed with rotting kippers stuffed behind the seat of  his white Maserati sports car.

To get rid of the smell, the Italian international — who has gained a reputation as the training ground clown since his move to Eastlands — may have to replace the leather interior or buy a new £150,000 car.
