SUNDERLAND WENT TO St James’ Park this afternoon and beat their nearest and dearest rivals Newcastle 3-0, giving Paolo di Canio his first win as Black Cats boss.

It was Sunderland’s first win at St James’ since 2000. Look at how much it meant to the gaffer:
