What are the chances that Alan Pardew is behind the Newcastle game being delayed?

‘A scoreboard malfunction’ could postpone Newcastle vs Leicester.

NEWCASTLE’S HOME GAME against Leicester was meant to start at 3pm but an issue with the scoreboard will delayed kick-off until just after four. It appears that the scoreboard had come lose and was flapping in the wind, which is obviously very dangerous for any supporters.

There was inspection at 3pm to see if the game would go ahead and eventually they fixed the issue.
