Enjoy.

WHILE CELTIC MANAGER Neil Lennon was savouring his finest managerial moment last night, Armagh footballer Jamie Clarke was rummaging about to find a photo befitting the occasion.

Clarke dug out this picture of Lennon during his GAA days and tweeted it, congratulating his fellow countyman on a historic 2-1 win against Barcelona.

Complete with iconic Mikasa gloves, here’s Lennon in action for the Armagh minors against Monaghan.

Reading that tweet from his daughter has made my day. His family must be very proud and so they should be.

As a lifelong Galway football follower it pained me to see Kerry dominate the game the way they did in John Egan’s time, but I loved watching him play. An all-time great to all football followers. The best tribute I can pay is to say I wish to God he was born in Galway. Well done Sneem, for acknowledging one of your own and I, too, love that tribute from his daughter. You will always be an All-Star, John Egan.
