THAT’S IT DONE and dusted. Now, move along, nothing to see here… right?
That certainly seems to be the message being presented after LeBron James celebrated his 31 points in Miami Heat’s decisive game four playoff win over the Charlotte Bobcats by embracing the one and only Michael Jordan.
On Saturday, it looked suspiciously like James had stared down the Bobcats owner in the middle of finishing off a powerful counter-attack move in Game 3. The Heat star denied that was the case and then sought out Jordan last night for a visual display of respect.
The result means that Miami have cruised into the second round of the playoffs with a 4 - 0 sweep of Charlotte.
Elsewhere last night, Atlanta Hawks opened up a 3 – 2 lead over the Indiana Pacers with a 107 – 97 win.
San Antonio Spurs defeated the Dallas Mavericks to tie up their series 2 – 2. Manu Ginobili providing 23 points and five assists in the 93 – 89 victory.
