THE RETURN OF captain Peter O’Mahony heads up eight changes made by Anthony Foley after Munster’s win over Leinster last week.
O’Mahony featured as a second half replacement in Dublin, but will lead the side out against Scarlets at Thomond Park tomorrow (KO 19.35).
The captain is one of five new additions to the pack with only Dave Foley, Tommy O’Donnell and CJ Stander avoiding the rotation.
Behind the scrum Conor Murray will be partnered by JJ Hanrahan at half-back. Andrew Conway is replaced by Gerhard van den Heever on the wing and Ivan Dineen comes into the centre in place of Denis Hurley.
Argentinian hooker Eusebio Guinazu is set to make his Munster debut as he is named on a bench that also contains Johne Murphy, Robin Copeland, Donncha O’Callaghan and James Cronin.
