Kiltormer and Beagh impressed through the group stages to book their place in the semis but it was Mullagh who took home the top prize following a 9-09 to 7-08 win against Gort in the final.
In the U13 competition Clarinbridge made it a Galway double, beating Cork side Douglas in a thrilling final, while Eire Og Currahill of Kildare beat Eoghan Rua of Tyrone in the shield final.
