More bad news for Nixon as driving charge looms

Case adjourned in Melbourne because AFL agent is in Ireland.

A DRIVING CHARGE is probably the least of his worries at the moment but it’s not getting any better for Australian player agent Ricky Nixon.

The so-called AFL super scout is currently at the subject of sordid allegations from a 17-year-old girl.

The AFL Players Association has launched an investigation into the alleged ‘affair’ with the teenager who is at the centre of the St Kilda Football Club nude photo scandal.

He left Australia for Ireland last week at the height of the controversy and remains here ahead of the Sigerson Cup weekend.

Melbourne Magistrates’ Court adjourned the charge of using a mobile phone while driving earlier because Nixon is in Ireland.

His case is due to return to court on April 1.
