Watch Mayo's great counter-attacking goal from last Sunday

And it was rounded off with a sublime finish as well.

DONEGAL MADE THEIR name as a superb counter-attacking team on route to last year’s All-Ireland title.

But they were undone at their own game by Mayo in Division 1 of the league in Castlebar last Sunday.

A superb turnover near his own goal by Mayo attacker Cathal Carolan set in motion a decisive move during the second-half of the match.

Carolan helped his side regain possession and 24 seconds later the ball was in the Donegal net at the other end of the pitch.

Check out Michael Conroy’s delightful chip.
