Manchester City’s bad boy-turned good-turned bad again Mario Balotelli is back in the media spotlight, but this time it’s on the cover of Time magazine.

The Italian is the subject of a feature titled “The Infamously Mercurial Brilliance of the Soccer Star,” which pretty much sums Mad Mario up in a nutshell.
