Luis Suarez slams British media, admits Real Madrid interest

‘I’m tired’ of the attention, says the controversial Liverpool striker.

LIVERPOOL’S STAR STRIKER Luis Suarez has put Liverpool on alert tonight with his latest comments on Uruguayan radio.

The controversial forward — who is currently banned in the wake of his bit on Branislav Ivanovic — criticised the British media and admitted he’d be interested in a move to Real Madrid.

‘I’ve worked hard since childhood to get where I am and I keep getting constant criticism from the English press,” he said in an interview with Uruguayan radio station Sport 890. ”It makes me tired. Liverpool want me to stay, but do not know what will happen.”

He added: “It would be difficult to say ‘no’ to Real Madrid” but “so far I have not received any official offer from Madrid.”
