All accounted for? Right, on with the show!
15.13 – GOAL: Fulham 1 – 0 Man City (Petric ’10 pen)
The penalty is converted by Mladen Petric after Zabaleta was adjudged to have pulled back John Arne Riise. we haven’t seen it live, but there is a heavy suggestion that the foul was outside of the box.
That’s academic now, though. The champions trail.
15.22 – Back at Carrow Road Liverpool are in control, but could easily have conceded an equaliser when a cross from the right found Simeon Jackson lunging in at the back post. Reina did well to save the low effort from creeping inside his near post.
The Spanish ‘keeper looked a little less assured when coming to meet a long ball just outside the area. As the ball bounced he appeared to have to alter his approach to the ball and he was fortunate a mis-timed clearance made it to the sideline.
15.41 – GOAL: Stoke 2 – 0 Swansea (Crouch ’38)
Another bout of brawn versus… whatever Swansea has, ends with another score for Peter Crouch after Jon Walters helped a cross into his path.
GOAL Everton 3 – 1 Southampton (Jelavic ’39)
Irish interest at Goodison too where Seamus Coleman has provided Nikica Jelavic with his second of the day. Everton have been phenomenal on the front foot this season.
15.45 – GOAL: Fulham 1 – 1 Man City (Aguero ’43)
It’s been coming. Tevez’ cross is diverted on target by David Silva. Schwarzer saves, but only pushes the ball into the path of Aguero who couldn’t have missed from there.
16.07 – GOAL: Norwich 0 – 3 Liverpool (Sahin ’46)
We’re underway in the second half and Grant Holt has replaced Simeon Jackson – who, on another day might have had a hat-trick.
The Canaries instantly attack, but Robert Snodgrass finds the ball embarrassingly bouncing off his thigh and over the bar from two yards.
At the other end, Suarez rides a challenge in the area (note, no dive) and fires a shot. Saved by Ruddy. Suarez controls the rebound, and rightly opts not to fire again, instead picking out Sahin to tap in.
16.13 – GOAL: Sunderland 1-0 Wigan (Steven Fletcher ’52)
And in no time, the Mackems have capitalised. James McClean cutting in from the left and drilling a cross for the in-form Fletcher to do what he does.
16.14 – GOAL Norwich 0 – 4 Liverpool (Suarez ’57)
There’s Luis Suarez’ hat trick: a beautifully guided right foot shot from left to right across Ruddy and into the bottom corner.

16.17 – GOALS: Reading 1 – 1 Newcastle (Kebe ’58 and Ba ’59 )
16.28 – GOAL: Norwich 1 – 5 Liverpool (Gerrard ’68)
Liverpool fans, you can relax now. Three Premier League points are on the way and who likes getting in on a rout more than Steven Gerrard. The skipper adds goal number five thanks to a massive deflection.
16.42 – Did someone say ‘secret weapon’?
Edin Dzeko is about to take the field for City as Baloteli lines up a 30 yard free kick…. the wall jumps and clears to safety.
Javi Garcia is given the shepherd’s crook to allow the Bosnian work his magic.
16.57 – And the remaining, more mundane finishes
FULL-TIME: Everton 3-1 Southampton
FULL-TIME: Sunderland 1-0 Wigan
FULL-TIME: Stoke 2-0 Swansea
FULL-TIME: Norwich 2-5 Liverpool
17.00 – Well, I’m off to lie down in a darkened room after that. Goals… so many goals.
