SHAMROCK ROVERS MADE history last night by becoming the first Irish side to make the Europa League group stages, and now they play Tottenham. Here’s how the draw worked out…

Short break now as Radamel Falcao – who scored 17 goals in last year’s competition for winners Porto – is handed an award by Michel Platini.

Arguably the best draw that Shamrock Rovers could get  – they take on Tottenham in Group A of the Europa League. What were the odds???

Meanwhile, Tony Pulis brings Stoke to the Ukraine, Turkey and Israel, Birmingham get Braga, Bruges and NK Maribor, while the 2010 finalists Fulham take on FC Twente, Odense and Wisla Krakow…
