Irish Lions supporters crack out amazing 'Waltzing O'Driscoll' flag Down Under

Lions fans will be hoping for yet another virtuoso display from the Irishman.

BRIAN Oโ€™DRISCOLL ARRIVED with a try-scoring bang on the 2001 Lions Tour to Australia. The 21-year-old ran in wonder tries on a weekly basis and earned the nickname, Down Under, of โ€˜Waltzing Oโ€™Driscollโ€™.

12 years on, and hours away from the First Test, supporters unveiled an excellent flag tribute to Irelandโ€™s leading try-scorer:

UTV reporter Ruth Gorman also located a quartet of proud Ulster fans on Brisbaneโ€™s main thoroughfare. Unfortunately, Tommy Boweโ€™s injury has ruled him out of the First Test while Rory Best will be hoping to iron out his lineout kinks against the Melbourne Rebels next Tuesday.
