MIKEY CUSACK AND Seamus Ryan from Limerick recently undertook the considerable challenge that is the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail.
Setting off on a foggy Sunday morning, the lads documented their challenge on video, showcasing their cycling skills as well as the beautiful scenery in the area, replete with an appropriately intense soundtrack.
Ballyhoura bike trails, which are on the Cork-Limerick border, have become a popular destination for mountain biking in recent years.
