BANTY MCENANEY MIGHT want to check this out if he’s ever thinking about going belly-to-belly with Kieran McGeeney again.

The Kildare football boss is now a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as tweeted by John Kavanagh, the country’s top martial arts coach, last night.

McGeeney is “probably one of the most intense human beings I’ve ever met,” Kavanagh told TheScore.ie last month.

With a beard like that, who would argue?
