Kerry bring back Galvin for McGrath Cup semi

Eamonn Fitzmaurice makes two changes for Sunday’s game against CIT.

PAUL GALVIN IS set to return for Kerry in the McGrath Cup this weekend.

Manager Eamonn Fitzmaurice has recalled Galvin for Sunday’s semi-final against CIT, but the 34-year-old will have to make do with a place on the bench.

The Kingdom show two changes from the side which beat IT Tralee last weekend. Brendan Kealy is in goal while Barry John Keane, who scored 0-4 when introduced as a substitute, starts at corner-forward.

Donnchadh Walsh continues to captain the side in the absence of the Dr Crokes players who are involved in the AIB All-Ireland Club semi-finals.

Throw-in at the John Mitchels complex in Tralee is at 2pm.
