DARRAN O’SULLIVAN HAS replaced Kieran Donaghy on the Kerry team for Sunday’s Munster senior football final against Cork.
That is one of three changes made by manager Eamonn Fitzmaurice for the clash in Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney from the side that defeated Waterford at the semi-final stage last month.
O’Sullivan comes in at right corner-forward after coming off the bench for Kerry’s two Munster championship ties to date this year.
Elsewhere Mark Griffin makes his championship debut at full-back instead of the injured Aidan O’Mahony who dislocated his elbow in training last week.
While also in defence Shane Enright returns at corner-back to the exclusion of Fionn Fitzgerald.
There are ten survivors from last year’s clash with Cork in the Munster championship. The newcomers are Griffin and Enright in the full-back line, midfielder Johnny Buckley, wing-forward Donnchadh Walsh and corner-forward James O’Donoghue.
The players to make way are O’Mahony, Eoin Brosnan, Seamus Scanlon, Donaghy and Kieran O’Leary.
