VIDEO: Kerry junior soccer player summons his inner Denis Bergkamp

Those present at CSKA Tralee’s recent game were lucky enough to witness a piece of brilliance.

MICHAEL GRIFFIN OF the brilliantly-named CSKA Tralee scored what was surely the best goal you will have seen around the country this weekend.

During a game against Castleisland B in Division 1 A of the Kerry District League, the player produced a first touch that Denis Bergkamp would be proud of before lofting the ball over the opposing goalkeeper.

The goal is even more impressive when you consider how bobbly the pitch looks.

If I scored a goal like that I’d just walk off and retire on the spot. You can see he totally meant it too.
