Three Hands of BOD as O'Driscoll sets up trio of Irish tries

Ireland got off to a flying start at Lansdowne Road and never looked back.

IRELAND GOT OFF to a flying start in their Six Nations clash with Italy thanks to a combination that has worked a treat for years. Jonny Sexton and Brian O’Driscoll ran the give-and-go switcharound as early as the eight minute and Italy could not handle it.

O’Driscoll led his team out onto the Lansdowne Road pitch before kick-off and, once play commenced, became the world’s most capped rugby player with 140 appearances:
