Peter Murphy (Carlisle 1-0 Stevenage) Carlisle veteran Peter Murphy was the match-winner on Saturday, heading past Chris Day in the 27th minute when he found himself unmarked six yards from goal.
Alan Lee (Huddersfield 2-2 Leyton Orient) Lee opened the scoring at the Galpharm Stadium with a thunderous header midway through the first half.
Jonathan Douglas (Oldham 0-2 Brentford) Douglas drilled Brentford into the lead in the 39th minute when his 25-yard rasper found its way through a forest of players in the box and into the bottom corner.
James O’Connor (Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 Exeter) Former Ireland U21 James O’Connor pounced to score from close range, putting Wednesday 1-0 up with his first goal of the season after Artur Krysiak failed to deal with Rob Jones’s header.

Jon Daly (Hibernian 3-3 Dundee United) Daly hit a brace at Easter Road on Saturday but watched as a three-minute flurry denied Dundee United all three points. The Dubliner’s first came in the 29th minute when he turned home John Rankin’s rebound from close range. Daly then put Dundee within touching distance of a win, stooping to head them into a 3-1 lead with just over 20 minutes remaining.
Darren Randolph (Motherwell 1-0 Aberdeen) Randolph picked up clean sheet number five of the season as he held Aberdeen at bay in Motherwell’s 1-0 win.
Cillian Sheridan (St Johnstone 2-0 Hearts) Loan signing Cillian Sheridan was on the double for Saint Johnstone, linking brilliantly with Francisco Sandaza twice to score either side of half time.
