IRELAND HAVE DROPPED to 67th in the latest FIFA rankings released this morning.
The Boys in Green fell to their lowest ever position of 60th last month and in the meantime have beaten Latvia and drawn away to Poland.
However, as the calculations are based on the team’s results over a four-year period, Ireland’s points total has fallen from 550 to 528.
Spain and Germany remain in the top two spots while Portugal and Italy have moved up to third and fourth respectively.
