On a flight replying to the comment made by The Greatest, “Superman don’t need no seat belt”, to a flight attendant, she replied, ‘Superman don’t need no airplane, either.’…
“I’m so meeean I make medicine sick”, Ali Bumaye!!! Happy birthday to the greatest living sportsman!
He is the “greatest” as he would say himself.
It’s a real shame to see him the way he is now. He was as tough as he was skillful but its a pity he didn’t take a different approach to fights and absorb less punches. Not the greatest boxer of all time but a real legend.
Rickey…if he is not,who was…..
I would go with Sugar Ray Robinson personally. Another pound for pound boxer Id rate a bit higher would be Marvin Hagler.
The Champ! ” I hated every minute of training but I said to myself “Work hard now and live the rest of your life as Champion” ” The greatest.. he had them beaten before the got in the ring.. and thats why!!!
Frank Bruno was better
The greatest living sportsman of all time. a legend, an icon, a hero. But in the great mans words himself, sugar ray Robinson was the best boxer of all time. He was Ali’s hero.
