A WEBSITE CALLED Comedians.co.uk features a profile of Premier League referee Howard Webb, who is available for motivational speaking.
Webb, who was roundly-criticised for his failure to award Liverpool a clear penalty during their FA Cup defeat to Arsenal yesterday, charges between £2,000 and £4,000 for after-dinner appearances according to the website, which features comedians such as Jason Manford, David Baddiel and Tim Minchin.
In his profile, the South Yorkshire sergeant is described as “entertaining, interesting and motivating”.
After The Telegraph ran a story on it this morning, however, Webb’s account was taken down.
