Open thread: what are your sporting hopes for 2013?

Have that cup of coffee, shrug off last night’s celebrations and tell us what you hope to see this year.

SO HERE WE go again, internet land.

2012 is filed away under ‘very memorable’ for Irish sports fans. Between a Euro 2012 adventure, a successful Heineken Cup, the success in London and everything else the next 12 months has a tough act to follow.

But let’s presume it will. What do you hope to see this year? A personal best in the women’s marathon? Trap out? A Six Nations success for Ireland? A street league medal for the budding shefflin in your house? Whatever?
