ROBERTO MANCINI MAY not have even heard of Limerick before today, but this picture will no doubt endear him to the club’s fans.
And in light of the endorsement, perhaps the Italian will be willing to go a step further and donate some of his lucrative new contract to one of the increasingly financially unstable League of Ireland clubs. Or maybe not.
Anyhow, as the image suggests, Mancini was promoting the two clubs’ upcoming pre-season friendly, which takes place on 5 August.
