Croatia 0 Turkey 0

There was no drama, as expected, in Zagreb this evening as Croatia booked their place in the finals.

Guus Hiddink oversaw his final game in charge of the Turks after they went into the second leg, on the back of a 3-0 defeat at home. And the Croats were happy to protect that lead and again seal qualification.

Montenegro 0 Czech Republic 1

The Czechs will be there too after this win in Podgorica, clinching a 3-0 aggregate victory.

Petr Jiracek hit the winner this evening after 81 minutes.

Portugal 6 Bosnia 2

Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed a brace as Portugal stunned Bosnia in Lisbon.

Ronaldo put Portugal ahead in the eighth minute with a trademark dipping free-kick, then Nani made it 2-0 with a thundering strike in the 24th. Zvjezdan Misimovic’s 40th-minute penalty kept Bosnia in the game, but Ronaldo charged through the defense for his second in the 53rd. Senad Lulic was sent off for dissent a minute later, but teammate Emir Spahic scored against the run of play in the 66th.

Helder Postiga, Miguel Veloso and Fabio Coentrao sealed it in the last 20 minutes. The first leg was scoreless.
