Here's what happened in the county finals around the country this weekend...

It was another busy weekend of GAA action with plenty of silverware on offer.

Football

Cork SFC final

UCC 1-12 Castlehaven 0-10

There’s a few sick heads around Cork’s Western Rd this morning as the college added a senior county championship to the Sigerson Cup they won at the start of the year.

The sides were level coming into the home stretch at Páirc Uí Chaoimh when Paul Geaney was fouled and fellow Kerryman, Daithí Casey, converted the penalty.

After CIT were beaten by Carrigtwohill in the hurling decider, this – UCC’s 10th – victory will again spark debate.

Armagh SFC final
