SPORTS STARS DAMIEN DUFF and Malcolm O’Kelly were among the 4,000 gluttons for punishment that took part in the Hell and Back challenge in Wicklow today.
Competitors had to contend with rock and ice baths, vertical runs, electric shocks, ‘walls of death’ and electric shock runs all in the spirit of adventure, endurance and fundraising.
