THE RESTAURANT chain Eddie Rocket’s has opened a new franchised premises in Naas, Co Kildare, creating 30 new jobs. The outlet is the 41st in the company’s chain. Eddie Rocket’s employs over 1,000 people and says it has added 70 to its workforce this year so far, including those at the Naas operation.
