There’s plenty to keep an eye on the airwaves this weekend

Tonight

Thank GAA It’s Friday will feature former Kerry boss Jack O’Connor and former Mayo manager John Maughan along with Mayo ladies footballer Cora Staunton and the Kerry minor footballer Tomás Ó Sé, who is a World Irish Dancing champion. It starts at 8.30pm on RTÉ 2.

Seó Spóirt will feature Dara Ó Cinnéide presenting along with Jarlath Burns, Tomás Ó Sé and Seán Bán Breathnach. Reporter Gemma Ní Chionnaith speaks to Kerry boss Eamonn Fitzmaurice and ex-Mayo player James Nallen. Diarmuid Lyng talks to Kildare’s Johnny Doyle about his journey with the county. The programme starts on TG4 at 8.30pm.

Tomorrow

Bord Gáis Energy All-Ireland U21 hurling semi-finals
Clare v Antrim, Semple Stadium, 4pm
Galway v Wexford, Semple Stadium, 6pm

TG4 will have both games live from 3.50pm with Micheál Ó Domhnaill presenting and Brian Tyers on commentary duty.

Saturday Sport on RTÉ Radio One will also be providing updates from the games from Brian Carthy.

Galway v Monaghan, Birr, 2.15pm

Brian Carthy reports on the match for RTÉ Radio 1 while local radio coverage comes from Radio Kerry and Midwest Radio.

All-Ireland SFC semi-final
Kerry v Mayo, Croke Park, 3.30pm

Live coverage on RTÉ 2 starts at 2.45pm where Michael Lyster will be joined by Joe Brolly, Colm O’Rourke and special guest Alan Mulholland. When the action gets under way, Marty Morrissey and Tommy Carr will be on commentary duty.

Sky Sports also have live coverage of this game on Sky Sports 3.

Darragh Maloney commentates for RTÉ Radio 1 on the game with Martin McHugh and Mike McCartney as the sideline reporter. Pat Spillane, Kevin McStay and Dessie Dolan provide the analysis from Croke Park.
