DUBLIN MINOR BOSS Dessie Farrell has made two personnel alterations to his team for tomorrow evening’s Electric Ireland Leinster MFC semi-final against Kildare in St Conleth’s Park in Newbridge at 7.30pm.
In the wake of their quarter-final victory over Longford in May, Farrell has opted to make switches in his defence with Emile Mullan and Ross McGowan drafted in to fill the corner-back positions as Eoin Flethcer and Brendan Bentley both drop to the bench. Corner-forward Conor McHugh lined out for the Dublin minor hurlers in their Leinster final triumph against Wexford last Sunday while substitutes Eric Lowndes, Cormac Costello and Donal Gormley were also part of that team.
Lowndes, Costello, full-forward David Campbell and corner-forward Niall Scully all featured at some stage during last September’s All-Ireland minor football final defeat to Tipperary.
